Shipping
Gaz Service BV dispatches refrigerant cylinders and pallets from our warehouse in Grimbergen, Belgium, with tracked delivery across Belgium and the European Union. Most orders are delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch, subject to destination and stock. Refrigerants are classed as dangerous goods and are shipped in compliant packaging via approved carriers.

Returns & refunds
Because refrigerant gases are hazardous, regulated products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and unopened, undamaged cylinders in their original sealed condition may be eligible for return within [return window to be confirmed] of delivery. Opened, used or damaged cylinders cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@gazservicebv.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
