Refrigerant gases are regulated products. Gaz Service BV supplies them in line with European Union rules and expects buyers to hold the appropriate certification for handling fluorinated greenhouse gases.
EU F-Gas Regulation
The EU F-Gas Regulation progressively limits the placing on the market of high-GWP hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants and phases them down in favour of lower-GWP alternatives such as R-32, R-454B and HFO blends. High-GWP gases such as R-410A and R-404A remain available for servicing the existing installed base while the transition continues.
Who can buy refrigerant
Fluorinated refrigerants should be purchased and handled only by holders of the relevant F-Gas certification (companies and technicians certified under Regulation (EU) 517/2014 and its implementing rules). By ordering you confirm you hold, or are purchasing on behalf of a holder of, the required certification.
Product quality & standards
- Virgin refrigerant supplied to AHRI-700 purity specifications.
- Reclaimed refrigerant processed to recognised reclamation standards for servicing legacy equipment.
- Safety classification (e.g. A1 non-flammable, A2L mildly flammable) is stated on each product page — always use refrigerant only in compatible, correctly rated equipment.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
A Safety Data Sheet is available for every refrigerant we supply. To request the SDS for a specific product, contact us at info@gazservicebv.com. Always store and transport cylinders in accordance with the SDS and applicable dangerous-goods regulations.
